Chicken and Waffles.

This memorial weekend, my family served up some fried chicken and waffles.We boiled the chicken (to keep it nice and juicy), dipped it in egg, tossed it in flour mixed with spices, and fried it until it was golden brown. And of course, we made waffles to accompany the chicken. The perfect combination of sweet, salty, and spicy. Yummy, I'm craving for some more.

To make the situation even better, we made fried wings and drumsticks tossed in Vietnamese fish sauce (fish sauce, red chili pepper, garlic, coconut soda, sugar, lime). HEAVEN.
