Fried Tofu

My oh my. I love food.
I was really craving some crispy, crunchy, fried tofu. So, I made some.
I cut soft tofu into bite size cubes. Then, I proceeded to roll them in rice flour instead of regular flour in order to get a nice crunch. I plopped them in the oil until they were golden brown, took them out to drip on paper towels, and then tossed them in salt and pepper. Voila. A simple appetizer certain to please. Nom nom nom.
