I was at a weeklong venturing camp at Camp Fiesta Island in San Diego. I am proud to say I am a Vietnamese scout. The experience was amazing for me; and to think that I got to attend the first National Vietnamese Venturing Super Camp, wow. Through this camp, I met people from around the country: Virginia, Texas, California, DC...etc It was one week filled with water sports varying from flying hull to canoeing, rowing, dragonboating, and I even had the chance to go night kayaking to watch fireworks with 170 other scouts on the water. I miss it already and hope to be back one day:) Check out a video of the camp below.
